The lake Thingvallasund swim compention is a approxmately 5,0 km. open-water swim in 10°C fresh water. Lake Thingvallavatn is the largest natural lake in Iceland. It covers an area of 32.3 square miles and is 334 ft. above mean sea level. It is 374 ft. deep at its deepest point.
